Copper braids

Our copper braids are made of high-quality copper and boast excellent electrical conductivity, making them an ideal solution for current conduction applications. Their flexible structure allows for easy adaptation to various shapes and ensures reliable electrical connections.

Fuse bases

Fuse bases are electrical components that play a crucial role in ensuring safety in electrical installations. They are designed for mounting fuses, which protect against overload and short circuits, minimizing the risk of damage and fires.

Insulators 

We manufacture ready-made solutions using various electrical insulating materials available in the market. Our products are characterized by high resistance to tracking currents (CTI 600V) and excellent thermal and electrical insulation. They meet the highest standards of safety and quality.

Electrical busbars

Busbars are electrical systems that combine the functions of both a busbar and an electrical conductor. They consist of electrical conductors mounted on special support rails, enabling quick and easy movement of electrical devices as well as changes in the system configuration.

Fuse links

Fuses are protective elements that safeguard electrical circuits from damage caused by excessive current, typically resulting from short circuits or overloads. They interrupt the flow of electrical current when it exceeds a safe value.

ELNAP

ELNAP Service-Production Company Ltd. was established in 1989. Since its inception, the company has been engaged in designing, manufacturing, and providing advisory services for equipment and electrical network protection against short circuits and overloads, based on extensive collaboration with institutes in the electrical and mining industries, as well as its own technical team.

Our primary production focuses on top fuse links, fuse bases, individually designed insulation components, and complex systems of busbars and elements made from non-ferrous metals. We also offer galvanic coating services as part of our comprehensive solutions. Many of our products are protected by intellectual property rights in the form of patents and utility models. Our past collaborations with customers have received high praise for the quality, timely delivery, and introduction of innovative products.

Laser cutting

Galvanizing

Galvanic coatings to the components we manufacture or those entrusted to us. These coatings serve the purpose of protecting the parts from corrosion, improving electrical conductivity, and enhancing thermal conductivity. Our galvanic coating options include silver plating, nickel plating, zinc plating, and zinc coating.

Rilsan electro-insulation coating

RILSAN® is a specialized material designed for coating metal parts. It provides superior protection against wear, impacts, corrosion, chemicals, and offers excellent electrical insulation, even in thin layers. It is commonly used for applications such as electro-insulating coatings on complex busbars, where it ensures the highest quality of performance and durability.

Hard soldering

The hard soldering process, also known as hard brazing, is a technique used to join metals by melting a filler material at a temperature above 450°C. This process is employed for joining hard and difficult-to-melt metals such as copper, brass, aluminum alloys, and others. Compared to soft soldering, hard soldering requires higher temperatures and more energy.

Welding

We specialize in MIG welding and have extensive experience in the industry. Our team of welders consists of experienced and qualified professionals who ensure the highest quality and precision in every project. We have modern equipment and materials at our disposal, ensuring the safety and durability of the welded surfaces.

CNC machining, threading

Depending on the requirements or the specific part being ordered, we offer comprehensive manufacturing solutions using CNC or manual machining equipment. Additionally, we provide machine threading services for a range of threads from M3 to M16, including both metric and specialized threads. Machine threading ensures thread perpendicularity and consistent, high-quality results.
